The Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation (CDBCF) is dedicated to providing access to vital breast health services for underserved women in New Jersey. We believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to receive the care she needs, regardless of her financial circumstances. We invite you to partner with us as a sponsor of our annual Embrace Hope Gala, a fundraising event that directly supports our mission. This year's gala will be held on October 3, 2025, at the Beacon Hill Club, promising an elegant evening of dinner, cocktails, and entertainment. The Embrace Hope Gala is a critical source of funding for CDBCF, enabling us to provide: •Screening and Diagnostic Services: Mammograms, ultrasounds, and biopsies for women who cannot afford them. •Treatment Support: Assistance with medical expenses, transportation, and other essential needs for women undergoing breast cancer treatment. •Education and Outreach: Programs to raise awareness about breast cancer prevention and early detection in underserved communities. Across New Jersey, too many women still face heartbreaking barriers to breast health care. Some can’t afford mammograms. Others are lost in the system, without access to timely treatment or support. But thanks to donors like you, the Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation is changing that.
We are asking for your support to power two lifesaving missions:
Our Community Grants Program – funding nonprofit organizations that provide free or low-cost breast screenings, treatment, and support services for underserved women across New Jersey.
A State-of-the-Art MRI Biopsy Machine for Overlook Medical Center – helping to bring the most advanced diagnostic care to more women in need, faster and closer to home.
Your support can fund a mammogram for a woman who can't afford one. It can help someone catch cancer early. It can provide comfort and care through the hardest moments of their journey.
